We’re thrilled to announce that Nancy Tinsley has joined Xploro. Nancy brings an extraordinary combination of clinical expertise, executive leadership, and a career-long commitment to meaningful healthcare innovation.
Nancy’s experience spans hospitals, startups, and academic institutions and she is a former hospital president and health system executive. Nancy has also built and scaled solutions improving care delivery, driving clinical integration, and supporting strategic growth across complex organizations. Her focus has always been on impact—making real change that benefits patients, families, clinicians, and health systems alike.
I’ve been a clinical innovator my entire career—bringing together diverse professionals to set bold goals and deliver change,” said Tinsley. “When I first saw the Xploro platform, I instantly recognized its alignment with the healthcare industry’s most urgent priorities: improving quality, enhancing experience, advancing efficiency, and reducing cost. She has helped them navigate the intricacies of healthcare, design effective business models, and gain traction in highly competitive markets. She is a nationally recognized speaker and a trusted advisor in the healthtech space, known for her ability to turn bold ideas into scalable realities.
Nancy’s leadership résumé includes serving as Hospital President in Cleveland, Rochester, and Chicago. She has also held system-level executive roles where she led service line development, performance improvement, and strategic transformation. She’s authored and presented extensively on clinical innovation and the development of system-based institute models—one of which was nationally recognized.

Nancy holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from Cleveland State University. In addition, she has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University. She’s a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has taught graduate-level healthcare improvement as adjunct faculty at Case Western Reserve University. She also contributes her expertise as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Case Western.
Her contributions to the healthcare community have earned her multiple accolades. They include Crain’s Cleveland Business Woman of Note, YWCA Women of Achievement, and the Athena Woman in Business Award.
