Create and control
You design your questionnaire using a simple form builder and choose who receives it and when. That could be one patient or one hundred — you decide.
Incentives
To encourage completion, the child is rewarded with dance animations which they apply to their avatar friend. Before they know it, their digital pal will be flossing or doing the running man!
Integration
Responses are collected in the Xploro management system and can also be sent directly to the patient’s Electronic Health Record (EHR). We’ve built integrations with both Epic and Cerner, and have our first commercial integration with a world renowned London children’s hospital.
